Questions about the site, a price that looks out of date, or a provider you think we should be tracking — we read everything sent to us.

What we can help with
- Price corrections. If a provider's listed price no longer matches what we show, send the link and we'll re-check it against their page — usually the same day.
- Provider suggestions. We list GPhC-registered pharmacies and CQC-regulated clinics that publish their prices. If one is missing, tell us and we'll verify its registration before adding it.
- Content feedback. If something we've written is unclear, incomplete or wrong, we want to know.
- Partnership and press. Commercial enquiries are welcome, with one caveat repeated up front: table positions are sorted by price and cannot be bought.
What we can't help with
Medical questions. We're a comparison site, not clinicians, and we won't advise on whether a weight-loss injection is right for you, what dose to take, or what to do about a side effect. For those, speak to your GP, a pharmacist, or the prescriber at your provider. If you're experiencing a suspected side effect, report it via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme — and seek urgent care if you're unwell.
